Refunds for Course Products
Our policy for all course products is that wish you to be delighted with your course and if you are not then we will refund the course fee in full if you let us know within 30 days of your purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your course must have been purchased through our web site using the payment cart provided.
Refunds for Consulting Products
If you have purchased a Consulting Add-On product to go with your course then this will only be refunded if you have not started to take the consultancy hours. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund will be given for part used consultancy hours.
